Shipping Information

Q: When do you stop processing orders each day?
A: Orders placed before 4:00 pm CST, Monday - Thursday, and before 11:30 am on Friday, will ship same day if in stock. Orders received after the specified times will not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship on the following Monday if in stock. Holiday Shipping Schedule:
No shipments will be picked up on November 22, November 23, December 25, December 31 or January 1. No deliveries on November 22, December 25 or January 1. Air Deliveries only on November 23 and December 31.

Q: Is it possible to receive a Saturday Delivery for my order?

A: Saturday delivery is available for an additional $15 plus the standard charge for shipping overnight for orders placed on Friday by 2:00 pm Eastern Time and shipped via UPS. Please specify that you would like Saturday delivery in the comments field of your online order form. The additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card when billing is processed. UPS does not guarantee Saturday delivery in all areas.

Q: What are the shipping charges at Trans Tool, LLC?
A: Our shipping charges in the continental United States and International are based on the quoted shipping charges of the shipping company (for packages 150 lbs and less, or ones which do not exceed size specifications of the shipping company). An additional handling fee of $2.50 is charged on all orders. Any package or article weighing more than 150 pounds, or exceeding 108 inches in length, or exceeding a total of 130 inches in length and girth combined must be shipped freight. Additional charges may apply. Some bulky items weighing more than 75 pounds are shipped freight to avoid damage during shipment. For details on freight charges, please call our customer service office at 1-800-531-5978. UPS ground is our delivery method of choice whenever possible. Second day air and overnight services are available for an additional charge via UPS that will be reflected and applied to your credit card when billing is processed. International Orders & Shipping

Q: Can I place an international order online?
A: As long as the item is not classified as non-exportable by the manufacturer or governing laws. When products are exportable for resale to other countries of the World, we use the most efficient and economical shipping method for these locations. Additional charges based on actual shipping cost will apply for orders shipped to US territories. This charge will be reflected on your credit card when the billing is processed and is not included in the initial order total. To verify the products you wish to purchase are items which may ship outside of the United States please contact our Sales and Support staff at 1-800-531-5978.

Q: Are you allowed to ship restricted products to U.S. territories?
A: Some manufacturers restrict shipping their products to areas outside of the 50 United States.

Q: Can non-exportable items be shipped to APO/FPO addresses?.
A: Yes, non-exportable items can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses, however there are some weight and size restrictions.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

Q: How can I track my order after it has been shipped?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and date of shipment. You can visit the shippers, web site to track your package. To track a UPS shipment go to or send an email to

Return Policy
Trans Tool, LLC recognizes that the professional cannot afford to be without the necessary tools to perform their job. That is why Trans Tool, LLC will replace any broken or defective tool that weights less than 100 lbs within 24 to 48 hours (subject to availability) after notification from a customer for one year from the date of invoice. Products that weigh more than 100 lbs will be shipped ground in the most expedient manner possible. Beyond one year, Trans Tool, LLC will replace, credit or repair tools in accordance with the Manufacturer’s warranty. Tools showing abuse, misuse or alteration may not be replaced. We will also accept returns of unwanted products within 10 days of the date of invoice.


Return Policy applies to Tools Only, please refer to “Warranty” section as relates to Parts Washers & other equipment. 

Unwanted Products
If you decide you do not want a product (tools, consumables, etc.) purchased from Trans Tool, LLC in the past 30 days. Please contact us toll free at 1-800-531-5978 or email us at and we will give you instructions on how to return unwanted product. Returns of unwanted products must meet the following conditions:

1.) Must be returned unused in original, undamaged manufacturer packaging.
2.) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
3.) Consumables (including clothing and shoes) are not refundable unless returned unused in original packaging.
4.) Custom orders and books are not returnable.
5.) Software is not returnable if the seal has been broken on the packaging.
6.) The return must be made within 10 days of product receipt.
7.) We reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee for this class of return.

Limited Warranty
We guarantee every item that we manufacture is free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year and parts washers for two (2) years from date of purchase (excluding heating elements). Wearing and moving parts are guaranteed for a period of sixty (60) days. Vendor items installed in Trans Tool, LLC products and products sold by, but not manufactured by, Trans Tool, LLC are subject to the original manufacturer's guarantee and no other. Products, or parts, thereof, proven to the seller's satisfaction to be defective under normal use will be replaced or repaired. Warranty does not apply to claims for labor or any product subjected to misuse, negligence or an accident; has been altered or repaired outside the manufacturer's facility; has been operated not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions & maintenance procedures or beyond product's factory rated capacity. Defective item must be properly identified and returned prepaid by the purchaser, to Trans Tool, LLC within the period of time mentioned above. Prior to returning product, purchaser must contact an Trans Tool, LLC representative to receive the required return authorization number. Have the product's serial number ready when calling. No collect shipments will be accepted by Trans Tool, LLC for warranty returns. You must make claims for items damaged in shipping directly to the delivering transportation company. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the shipment is in good condition when you sign for it. Trans Tool, LLC is not liable for and holds itself harmless for any consequential damages, injuries or loss. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Purchaser agrees to stated limits as a condition of the purchase.

Broken or Defective Tools
Please call Trans Tool, LLC us toll free at 1-800-531-5978 or email us at and the defective products will be replaced, for one year from the invoice date. Call us toll free and we will confirm your original purchase from Trans Tool, LLC and ask for your credit card number (to be used only if the defective tool is not returned to us within 14 days after the replacement tool is delivered). We will issue a UPS call tag and UPS will pick up the defective tool.
